  • Abstract
From the mutual relation between hydro energy resource system and ecosystem, analyzes the theoretical basis for space-time variation of hydro energy resource system and ecosystem, and the concrete mechanism of the two systems. The study shows that seen from the smaller range of time dimension, the emphasis is embodied in different phases of hydro energy resource exploitation to ecosystem element interference, from the larger dimension, the emphasis should fall into effects at different succession phases. Besides, the investigator´s vision is also an important factor influencing the correlation effect evaluation. From space dimension, the geological differences influence evaluation and embodiment toward the ecological effects. Based on the above analysis, accommodation for the correlation of hydro energy resource system and ecosystem should be done by a multiple-dimension comprehensive adjustment system from space and time dimensions so as to facilitate the fulfillment of interactive development.
