  • Abstract
    Pay-per-use infrastructure for large cloud computing which host hundreds of thousands of applications face the challenge of the rate of resource utilization, resource management is therefore an important feature to enable scale-up during high load of resource pre-reservation. We focus on the problem of low utilization rate of pre-reserved resources and high cost for resource management. We propose a kind of resource management strategy which considers the resource pre-reservation strategy, resource borrowing/lending strategy and data size for cloud computing synthetically. Experiments show that the performance of our method is better than the existing methods in most situations.
