Abstract
The problem of tuning a high-Q Class-E amplifier is addressed. It can not be tuned for maximum output power without degrading efficiency. A novel modification is made to the design so that it can be tuned for maximum output power while maintaining maximum efficiency. Simulation data is shown. Measured data is provided at low frequencies.
