  • Abstract
The items used for thermal environment assessment are temperature, humidity, and air flow rate. For accurate measurements of such quantities, we have developed a relative humidity (RH) sensor and a miniature thermistor. These devices are combined together with their signal processing circuits to build the thermal environment monitor. The RH sensor and thermistor described are best suited for the thermal environment assessment because of their high performance/cost ratio. Their specifications and applications to the hygrometer and the anemometer are given
