  • Abstract
    In the automated machinery manufacturing system, In order to improve the quality of work piece and assurance the normal operation of the working system, we often need to examine and monitor the process of the working and condition of the system. Author uses mathematical statistic analysis principle and design an equipment which can measure the work piece size in real time and control the working process by itself. By using this equipment, we can control the quality of the work piece, decrease the rate of waste products, increase the efficiency of machine work, improve the stationeriness of working process. In this article, we describe and introduce the working principle of the equipment for detecting and monitoring process, and show the specific implementation of the programme.
