Abstract :
Discrete global sliding mode (SM) control of switching power converters is presented in this paper. The global sliding mode controller has better robustness and dynamic characteristic than conventional SM controller. The existence and stability conditions of quasi global sliding mode are proposed. The design method for the discrete global SM controller is studied and applied to a buck converter with global sliding mode control. Simulations verify the validity of the theoretical analysis on discrete global sliding mode control.
