Abstract
The paper is devoted to non-homogeneous generalization of the wave equation. After papers it is a continuation of the survey about non-homogeneous string and hanging chain. Considered is one-side control and the space of possible final-state functions. Highlighted are main points of spectral analysis of movement related operators.
