Abstract :
With the aim to fast calibrate scale factor of micro-machined gyroscope at different frequency of rotating carrier, the effect of frequency of rotating carrier on scale factor was studied and a method of calibration for scale factor based CMAC neural network was proposed. The results show that the scale factor is increased nonlinearly with the increasing frequency of rotating carrier and can be obtained by this method. There is a good agreement between the prediction and the experimental results, whose relative error is less than 2%. This method is simple and feasible.
