Abstract
A new fusion-tracking algorithm for maneuvering target using high-rate bearings-only measurements is presented based on wavelet transform in three-dimensional (3D) space. With the introduction of passive location and interacting multiple model algorithm based on multirate model, the high-rate sequence measurements of two sensors are efficiently utilized and the performance of tracking has been improved greatly. The presented algorithm provide a novel way to process high-rate bearings-only measurements in target tracking.
