Abstract :
BP artificial neural network simulates the human brain\´s neural network works, and establishes the model which can "learn", and is able to take full advantage and accumulate of the experiential knowledge, thus minimizes the error between the optimal solution and the actual value. In this paper, regional innovation capability of China and comparison of three regions are analyzed by the regional technological innovation capability assessment model and BPANN.
