Abstract :
The system structure, working principle and evaluation algorithm of a data acquisition and evaluation system for diesel locomotive combustion system are introduced. The condition of combustion system are in relation to the diesel power, fuel consumption ,fuel pressure, turbocharging pressure and outlet temperature. Through behavior of the diesel and the characteristic value of signals, we can finish the nondisassemble examing and evaluation. The structure and policy of the evaluation system are also discussed. The achievement is applied to diesel locomotive and is proved by practice that is viable and effective. Compared with other diagnosis methods of locomotive, it can evaluate the condition of combustion system comprehensively and provide the reliable basis for the maintenance of locomotive.
