Abstract
This paper presents a Petri net-based method of integration of multi-level security features into loosely coupled inter-organizational workflows. MLS features are incorporated for each of the independent participating business organizations as well as for the overall inter-organizational workflow. Petri nets with message sequence charts are applied in representation of loosely coupled inter-organizational workflows
