Abstract
This paper proposes the investigation on the performance between standard and high efficiency induction machines operating as grid connected induction generators having same rating of three phase, 2.2kW, 220/380V, 4-poles for supplying electric power to utility grid. Analysis and comparative study on operating of induction generators under transient and steady state conditions at no-load and full-load have been performed. Research results will be guidelines for an application of wind induction generator for electricity generation.
