On behalf of the International Conference on Engineering and Technology (ICET 2014) Committee, I am delighted to welcome you to the International Conference Engineering and Technology (ICET 2014) which brings together experts and academics from around the world. It has been a real honour and privilege to serve as the General Chair of this conference “ICET 2014”. The conference this year has brought together a tremendous and rich diversity of authors and speakers from universities, government and industry to share ideas and new perspectives on a wide range of communications, electronics, networking, computer science, mechanical and materials engineering research and technologies.
