Abstract :
Supply chain coordination is a good way to improve performance, and it´s difficult to achieve, especially under emergency recovery. Supply chain collaboration has proved useful in achieving coordination in normal condition. It will also play an important role in emergency coordination. As the disruptions often contain stochastic element, we consider decision models under uncertainty. This paper studies the assistance behavior between supply chain partners at the stage of emergency recovery under retailer´s disruption, and analyzes the assistance strategy of supplier under minimax regret criterion with limited information. We find that assistance strategy can achieve supply chain coordination under emergency recovery through numerical simulation.
