Abstract :
The design of automatic straightening machine system for high precision elevator guide rails is introduced in this paper. Detecting the linearity of elevator guide rails with laser sensor, the hardware construction and working process for straightening elevator guide rails are mainly described. This system is based on the IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) and the multi-axis motion control interface cards. With the system program, it realizes the control of servo motor, laser sensor, hydraulic system, etc. Besides, it accomplishes the linearity detection and straightening elevator guide rails. Moreover, it can save and query the data of elevator guide rails. The running result turns out it runs stably, efficiently, and has great interactivity.
