Abstract :
Aiming at the constant change of the crane actual load and the crane rating load, this paper proposes a method of load optimization for the cooperative lifting of double cranes considering the minimal lifting consumption. Firstly, the actual load distribution of each crane under typical lifting movements is calculated. Secondly, we build the relation model of the crane rating load and crane range, and calculate the safe region that the cranes´ hooks can reach during the cooperative lifting. And then a load distribution and optimization algorithm for cooperative lifting of double cranes considering the minimal lifting consumption is proposed in this paper, which can ensure that both cranes are working in a better crane load ratio by a few lifting operations of the two cranes. The result of the simulation shows that the method can effectively distribute and optimize the load of double cranes during the cooperative lifting, which can make the process of lifting projects safe and efficient enough.
