Abstract :
This paper investigates the problem of fault diagnosis for discrete-time switched system. Based on an augmented fault diagnosis observer and switched Lyapunov function technique, a fault estimate algorithm is developed. The method proposed in this article can not only estimate the fault information quickly and exactly, but also is suitable for any kinds of fault, such as constant, time-varying, or even unbounded. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the developed technique.
