Abstract
Based on the analysis of modes of university-SMEs´ collaborative innovation characteristics in industry, this thesis puts forward a fresh way to classify university SMEs´ collaborative innovation into four modes from two different perspectives. By looking at a typical case, this thesis suggests that during the process of collaborative innovation, the modes of collaborative innovation evolve from one phase to another. It is with practical significance for developing countries to realize transition of innovation main body from university to enterprise through output of university´s technology and knowledge and effective absorption by SMEs, to improve SMEs´ real innovation capacity.
