Abstract :
In order to evaluate the risk of growth of SMEs, we use the fault tree method. This paper analyzes the risk connotation of business growth in reviewing the relevant theoretical literature, builds its recognition model from three angles based on fault tree method and evaluation model by fuzzy theory from three dimensions, and finds the growth risk of a real estate enterprise as an example to, come in a "high" rating through the recognition and evaluation. The results show that FUZZY-FTA model is feasible to solve a non-quantitative data for risk assessment of small and medium enterprise growth problems. The FUZZY-FTA model broadens the scope of application of FTA method, has important value in the enterprise to identify risk, control risk to achieve sustained growth.
