Abstract :
The simplified kinetic model for electric-discharge XeCl-laser is presented. According to the solutions of Boltzmann equation for electrons in constant electrical field and calculation of kinetic processes, the major chemical species and kinetic processes were taken into account in our simplified kinetic model. The model enables to calculate an electrons concentration, density of excimer XeCl molecules and specific energy deposition in the active medium.
