Abstract :
In Recent years, Interleave Division Multiple Access (IDMA) scheme has gained a remarkable attention in wireless communication due to high spectral efficiency, high speed of communication services and low cost of receiver. This paper presents the S-Random interleaver based IDMA scheme. User specific S-Random interleaver provides good spreading and also separates the different users. The results of simulation present that BER performance of S-Random interleaver is better than random interleaver for IDMA system in environment of Rayleigh fading. Further, the BER performance analysis of S-Random interleaver in IDMA system with the application of Maximal Ratio Receiver Combining (MRRC) diversity has been observed. MRRC scheme mitigate the fading effect with the use of multiple antenna at the receiver side. The simulation results demonstrates that S-Random interleaver in IDMA using MRRC diversity has shown the significant improvement in BER performance compared to random interleaver without diversity scheme.
