Abstract
One of the most important tasks of ensuring safety of complex dynamic systems operation is management of data flows and data protection. The reasons of various crisis situations occurrence most often become not hardware defects but errors and shortcomings in the control algorithmic software. Management and control algorithms are part of the most important components of automated systems. Quality, completeness and reliability of these algorithms determine capability of the system to survive in critical situations caused deliberately or accidentally. Great amount of systems exists, for which the smallest failure is critical and drawbacks of management and control algorithms lead to very grave consequences. The experience and developments accumulated by aerospace industry while developing highly-reliable automated rocket-space systems may and shall be used for the development and creation of industrial and civil safety systems
