Abstract
In the present paper the laser nonstationary treatment is applied to phase transitions (PT) in alloys, namely to a nucleus dissociation under heating. The nucleus are considered as a new phase rich to one sort of atoms. Electronic states are replaced by atomic states in a crystal lattice site. The inverse population is considered as extra concentration of one sort of atoms and its energy in nucleus after fast heating. Photons are replaced by phonons. Phenomenological equations for phonon and concentration evolution are derived and analysed.
