Abstract
Practical realization of the model-based emergency forecasting in the pulse system for the case of multiparameter variation in the admissible wide range associates with the problem of a priori one to one information (about system dynamics) forming. The fractal diagram is proposed to use for the purpose of the system dynamics presentation. This diagram allows establishing one to one correspondence between the parameter and phase subspaces by line up stages
