Analysis on Financial Demand and Risk Characteristics of Agricultural Management Main Body: A Case Study on Hebei Province of China

Foreign scholars´ research on rural finance mainly focuses on the rural financial market and agricultural credit. In the study of rural financial issues, domestic scholars usually carry on the research from the angle of peasant households, agriculture and rural areas, yet no one has ever made any research and investigation on financial demand, as well as the characteristics of the risk of agricultural management in Hebei Province. According to the practice of rural economic development in Hebei province, this article mainly analyses the basic features, the financial demand and the characteristics of the risk of three main agricultural managements which are agricultural industrialization leading enterprises, farmer professional cooperative organizations, and agricultural agents. In the meantime, it also puts forward some policy suggestions to strengthen agricultural financial services: innovation financial products and security methods; doing service extension; strengthening cooperation with government and relevant departments.
