Abstract :
This paper aims to optimize the population of the free shuttle bus (FSB) in Macau. Firstly, we investigate the operational conditions of the FSBs among the fifteen casinos in Macau, including the transit time of FSBs and the number of passengers. Then we build an effective decision model to optimize the population of FSBs. Finally, we conclude that the present number of FSBs could be reduced by 49.4% with the present service level.
