Abstract :
Quantum-dot cellular automata is the new hope in reducing size and power consumption of switching devices used for high density circuits of present era. This paper presents reduction of cells used for NOT gate of this technology existing presently. The circuit has been implemented using QCA designer and is validated and verified with various possible input and output conditions.
