  • Abstract
    This research developed a pre-production model of the device of measurement of parameters of holographic protective elements (HPE), which allows to find and determine features of optical images in different planes. The device model also aims to distinguish optical images with real spatial depth under the area of the hologram, to define change of images on a corner of supervision (the cinematic effects), to supervise numbering holograms, and to reveal and analyse the latent images. The device allows determining quantitative characteristics, the maximal spatial frequency in the holographic image, the cumulative quantity of the diffraction lattices, the integrated diffraction efficiency or diffraction efficiency of separate, and visually homogeneous elements of the image. The device can be effectively used for the control and measurement of parameters of HPE which have the best level of protection, at carrying out the certified tests in the specialized laboratories´ manufacturers of holograms at quality assurance of holographic production, and also supervising bodies.
