Abstract
Aim at the digital works are facing with difficult problems in counting, providers can not accurately gain the real and integrated trade data, this paper presents a reliable supervision model, which includes three parts, a seller, a authorizer and a trusted third-part platform, introduces a robust upload data protocol and gives a system implementation. In this paper, the authorizer and seller will send encapsulated data to the trusted third-part platform for backup. In addition, we also give a method to deal with the abnormal data in the trading process when the network is disconnected, which can ensure that the trading data is not lost. This reliable supervision mechanism will not only facilitate to regulate trading, but also provide the basis proof to resolve disputes of trading count. Above all, it can make these invisible digital works be measured. Therefore, it can protect the legitimate rights of publishers and copyright owner in the trading process.
