Abstract :
In relation to world economics development the problem of resource and energy saving at design, manufacturing and operation take a significant place. The aim of the proposed work is evaluation of resource saving prospects based on accuracy theory of electrical machines at their design and manufacturing. For the first time quantitative relation between accuracy of electrical machines manufacturing and resource saving prospects has been proposed. Due to spread parameters decrease during production one can provide marked resource economies at the stage of IM design. Actual spread parameters decrease is possible nowadays as motors are manufactured in small batches and with effective control system.
