  • Abstract
This research is about the relationships between networks, learning, the ability of Multinational Corporations (MNCs) to exploit institutional opportunity, and MNCs´ post-entry mode change after initial entry. Specifically, Networks foster or constrain learning on policy change of ownership restrictions in China, leading to difference in the MNC´s ability to exploit opportunities arisen from the policy change. The ability, in turn, impacts on and is displayed by their post-entry mode change.
