Abstract :
In this paper, we focus on the hesitant fuzzy information aggregation operators in the situation where there are confidence levels of the aggregated arguments. Firstly, we develop a series of aggregation operators under confidence levels: the confidence induced hesitant fuzzy hybrid averaging (CIHFHA) operator, and discuss its excellent properties such as Idem potency, Boundary and Commutatively, which provides a powerful theory guarantee to make decisions by using the operator. Finally, the example demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed aggregation operator.
