Creation of a robotics club in the Universidad Nacional de Asunción based on the experience of horizontal learning in the University of Buenos Aires

In this paper we present the background, reasons, goals, materials and methodology proposed for the creation of a Robotics Club in the Facultad Politécnica of the Univerisdad Nacional de Asunción (FP-UNA) based on the experience of horizontal or peer-to-peer learning as seen in the Facultad de Ingeniería of the University of Buenos Aires (FI-UBA). Also we present the work that has been done since the club started in September of 2011, including meetings, competitions, current and past projects, workshops and lectures, all of them which have been organized by club´s students.
