  • Abstract
This paper reports the fixation method of a single cell for the investigation of its properties. We proposed new techniques using laser manipulation and covalent bonding or photo-crosslinkable resin for single cell fixation at desired position precisely. Using our method, we succeeded in the fixation of a single yeast cell and real-time monitoring of its culture on a chip.
