Abstract
Translation process of protein synthesis has been modeled from a viewpoint of micro machine on the basis of scanning property of the system. The temporal changes in amounts of translation state depended on the degree of advance of ribosomes on the messenger RNA and their numbers. To evaluate the noise filtering function and the worst case disturbances of the system, we introduced the H infinity control principle for the system equations. Some computational results were given for the temporal property of the translation system.
