  • Abstract
Using the Balanced SCISSOR scheme, together with balanced thermal tuning, microresonator based silicon photonics devices were shown to provide a large tunable delay of 345ps, with broad bandwidth and low distortion. These practical devices will find many applications for use in phased array systems.
