Editorial

I have three topics in mind that require some attention: (i) nanoparticle-filled polymeric insulation materials, or nanodielectrics, (ii) dielectric measurements and data analysis, and (iii) the future of higher education in electrical insulation for high voltage. Without the vision and perseverance of progenitors in our field we could not imagine using electricity for nearly everything in our daily lives, and I would like to thank them here first.
