Abstract :
Anti-migratory drugs constitute a promising strategy for cancer treatments. In present study, we proposed a multi-scale high-throughput anti-migratory assay by bioluminescent imaging, including in vitro 3D cell assay, in vivo anti-migratory assay on Zebrafish embryo xenograft, and mouse metastatic tumor model. The combined assay by bioluminescent imaging is less labor intensive, faster, sensitive, and easily repeatable, which make it attractive for high throughput screening for anti-migration compounds.
