    GPS synchronised end-to-end testing of power transmission line teleprotection schemes provide a suitable means to verify the complete functionality of a power system protection scheme, consisting of a relay at either end of the transmission line and a communications channel linking the two relays. Successful field trials were conducted in the ESKOM network
