Abstract
Demand side management (DSM) provisions have still large potentials in the residential sector. In the paper, a model of the residential customer´s demand using a bottom-up approach, implemented in a load simulator, has been used in order to evaluate the impact of DSM actions on Italian average households´ daily load shape. To this aim, some more diffuse demand management options have been simulated thus allowing predict possible impacts in parametrical terms.
