Abstract :
This paper aims to analyse errors in a new fibre optic measurement system and also describe the measurement techniques of bacteria and viruses mainly (leishmania) in the blood. Optoelectronic techniques combined with fundamental properties of bacteria and viruses make the technique easy convenient and accurate. The following instrumentation describes one of the techniques to defect and quantity the amount of leishmania which has invaded the blood
