Abstract :
This paper presents the derivation and analysis for a novel CMOS transconductance amplifier circuit. The structure combines previously developed current-feedback and linearized gm circuits. By properly biasing MOS transistors, improvements in linearity as well as current-to-transconductance efficiency are verified. Analytical and simulation results have shown the newly derived structure is suitable for building high-frequency current-mode (C-Gm) filters
