Abstract
We propose a structure of an array transceiver for a W-CDMA base station based on cdma2000-1x RTT. The structure has several advantages such as practical SINR (signal to interference plus noise power ratio) measure, efficient channel estimation, and array transceiver based on LMS/DA (LMS with decision-aid) in cdma2000-1x system. Under this structure, BER (bit error rate) improvements by both beamforming and estimation scheme based on channel state information are analyzed for 614.4 ksps in the vehicular environment which are provided by ITU-R.
