Abstract :
In this paper, a new BiCMOS chip set for color CCD camera is proposed. The chip set contains three ICs: color separation IC, color matrix IC and video signal encoding IC. This chip set was designed in a production 2-μm BiCMOS technology. Both circuits description and measured results are presented
