Abstract :
The authors compare expressing the differential equations for the binding, dissociation, and internalization of EGF (epidermal growth factor) as difference equations and as an electronic circuit using the electronic simulation package SPICE. Both approaches yielded identical results and suggest fruitful methods for examining physiological processes
