Abstract
Two tipping-bucket raingauges and one siphon raingauge with different collecting areas are used at TESTCOM for the measurement of rainfall intensities. These raingauges were dynamically calibrated by flowmeters in June 2006. The used method of dynamic calibration of raingauges and our experience obtained is described. Data obtained from three dynamically calibrated raingauges was statistically processed over three one-month periods and whole 1-year period. The methods of rainfall intensity data processing are described. The cumulative distributions of average 1-minute rainfall intensities obtained from three raingauges, with and without dynamic calibration involved, are presented. The results obtained are compared and discussed.
