Abstract :
By analyzing the characteristics of modern service enterprises, the paper points out the importance of knowledge management to modern service enterprises. Based on the value chain theory, the process theory of knowledge management and cognition theory, a knowledge management model of modern service enterprise is built. The model eventually forms the core competence of enterprises through the synergism of primary activities, support activities and conversion activities.
