Abstract :
The development of a current-comparator-based high-voltage impedance bridge at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) for the accurate measurements of high-voltage resistive (R), inductive (L), and capacitive (C) impedances is described. The bridge has ratio uncertainties of less than 10×10-6 in both magnitude and phase.
