Greeting Message from the General Co-Chair

As a General Co-Chair of the 2012 International Conference in Information Science and Applications, it is my great honor to welcome you and wish you both, professional success at the conference, and a great time in the beautiful city of Seoul. In the new global economy, it is a challenge to discover innovative technologies and find new directions in applied research. I am confident that this conference will provide a great forum for researchers and practitioners in the field of information science to present their results, exchange new ideas, and find new directions in applied research. I would like to thank an international team of reviewers, who did a superb job in reviewing and selecting high-quality papers, which will be presented at the conference. Each reviewer has reviewed at least four papers, while each paper has been reviewed by at least three international reviewers. They would also like to encourage all attendees to submit and attend our next 2013 conference.
